SkipTheDishes - Rude driver and didn't get delivery of food
One time I ordered skip the dishes to my work address and so every time since that order I have to change the address to my home address. I accidentally forgot to change it, so the driver called me from my work address and I asked him if he would bring it to my house - 5 minutes away.
He refused and was very rude. He said I had to call Skip the Dishes and ask for a refund. I called my work to see if the pizza was there so I could go get it and they said no it was not delivered there. So I called Little Ceasars and he didn't return it there.
So I paid for pizza and delivery and I didn't get either. I assume the driver got to keep the food I ordered, which I find shocking as I was willing to go pick it up from the address I gave him and the address he told you he delivered it to! After chatting online, your company did agree to give me skip credits which I appreciate but am hesitant to order again in case I get the same driver! I have never had a problem with any of your drivers - they are always very friendly and professional but the driver that had my order was rude and unwilling to help.
I had missed changing the address one other time and that driver was more than willing to bring it to my house when he called me. I don't understand why he wouldn't when he gets paid the same no matter what address it's going to.
I would like to see that driver dropped from your company as I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with him. Thank you.
