The worst by far!!
So its now Dec 10 and still nothing , they aperantly added 27 $ In skip credit that I cannot use i been trying since I posted this review pretty much and just now after being ignored by them all day n night that I need to uninstall app n reset it .. I have a bunch more screen shots of the chat werebim on ignore ..
they can give me back my money and I will never use skip again! .. They dont care ! They make a ton of money and so why would they care especially about a mother trying desperately to get her child medicine...
im completely drained and feel defeated at this point .
Thank God for neighbour's as they kindly helped me out with some cough medicine for my child till I can afford to buy some .. Merry Christmas to you too skip the dishes !.
My child is legitimately sick and I need cough medicine that was my last 30$ I have and they took it 27.94 and said Nope No refund cuz order was canceled, Excuse me.. ? NO REFUND BYE NOW AND PLS FILL OUT SURVEY .. I have talked to 4 or 5 different ppl now and been ignored and told yes there gona give me back my money I even agreed to skip credits cuz I need medicine for my kid, hours later still nothing Gaslighted and last agent told me takes 8to 24hrs for skip credits to appear??
What kind of business is this? So I paid 28$ to waste time and be upset O and make my child go without Where's my money!? This is not ok! At all !
Im pretty sure that when they can not diliver they are to issue your money back. Other wise HEY let's all open a business and advertise and cancel the orders and we just keep the money BOOM JUST LIKE THAT! Easy Peasy hey... we will all be rich in a couple weeks if that's how it worked ...or Ooffed.
I called there bogus phone number it rang and then I was hung up on another was a voice mail saying they dont take calls, every chat I open same *** they ignore me or Gaslight me.. im so pissed... And truely the only one suffering is my child atm who needs cough medicine and yes I've been to doctor and this is what doctor told me to get her .. that too is another topic, for another time ...
like really Does this make any sense to anyone ?? I had to barrow money first off.. and then I placed an order on skip express and the second I hit send / purchase my phone rang and I was told they dont have what I want , and that I should cancel the whole order cuz it was waste of money and so I agreed with the guy and BOOM SURPRISE! SKIP IS JUST GONA SKIP OUT AND WHO CARES , But not before they tell you O sure I'll help with your refund and yes refund is in progress would you like skip credits or back to original payment but can take up to 2to5 business days..
your credits will show in 10 mins , then hour later they say give it 15 20 min more then they ignore me and just leave the chat 2or 3 times and then finally guy says 8 to 24hrs for skip credits to appear.. lmao omg since when ..??? Wow like just wow .. WHERE IS MY MONEY AT THIS POINT I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP!

Skip customer service is garbage! Please stop using Skip for food delivery.
I have had multiple issues: wrong location for drop-off, hot food delivery that was cold, completely wrong order, only half of the order, etc. Customer service doesn't even want you to get your money back at no fault of your own. They say a 50 percent credit is good enough or even nothing when it is not okay. Maybe only paying 50 percent on a good order would be acceptable too or just not paying?
Very sad to see that a Canadian company that I wanted to support, as a Canadian company, is not worth the hassle, nor do they care. I have given them many chances, and they fail over and over. They don't deserve your money.
Also, please don't expect to talk to anyone; all you get is app support, which is garbage, as they just close your complaint and don’t address the issue, just ignore it and suggest an email. What a joke.

Stay far away they are a joke. Dealing with people the way they do. Something should be done but never is done .
What for one the chat agents should not be able to end the chat without solving the issue and two the chat agents should also follow what they say and for three Skip should learn to answer their phones without communication and without the public there would be no skipped the dishes if it wasnt for the customers paying their way without the customers, there would be no jobs
User's recommendation: Stay clear of Skip. This is how meals are received apparently and nothing gets done about it. No refund no offer for new meal no nothing good luck trying to get a hold of somebody because that seems to be a problem too because all they can do is end the chat

They ripped me off $7.95. I paid for 2 which came to $22.00.
Guy delivered to wrong house. This isn't my problem this is your driver.
Someone owns me $22.00. If l don't get it, l will go to social media about this.
Twice now I've ordered through Skip the Dishes and twice didn't receive my order. I ordered from Dairy Queen tonight for my husband and I and didn't get my order.
He delivered it to another house that was at the other end of Linwell Rd. I paid $22; they give me back $14. Excuse me, what the *** I paid $22, not $14.
Idiots. Never again will I use Skip the Dishes.

My food was not delivered
So I paid $78 to order my family dinner yesterday and to say the least the order on the tracking website said it was still processing but then all of a sudden somebody posted a picture of them delivering the food however they did not deliver it to the correct address so then I had to go onto Uber and re-order my food, talked to three agents, never got a refund

I cancelled my membership
I ordered a meal twice by accident. The first time I never got a confirmation and did not think that it went through because I didn't get a confirmation number or an order number or anything because I was just setting up my account.
Then I ordered it again, and then I phoned the restaurant just to make sure that they only got one order, and they only had one order. But then I got charged for two orders, and the restaurant told me that it is Skip the Dishes, and because I ordered it through Skip the Dishes, I have two orders: one for one hundred dollars and one for ninety-seven.
