An UBER driver stole my sons phone that slipped out on our ride easter weekend. He used my skip credits to order food, then deleted MY app. I emailed skip twice to say it was not me who deleted it, as per the email sent to me to verify it was me. A police report has been filed as well. Please restore the account. I have attached photos of the order AND adress. I have sent these to uber as well considering he is their employee. Thank you

What happens to my food when the delivery driver doesn't deliver it? Does he take it home to family/friends or just eat it himself.

I watched the little car on my GPS map and right before he gets to my street he disappears. Where does he go??? Did he forget half way through his shift he was a delivery driver? Was he too hungry to pull onto my street and drop off my dinner?

This has happened to me at least 3 or 4 times and of course you can't actually talk to a live person and the Skip App is about as easy to navigate as the Spaceship Challenger and takes forever. Does anybody there have a phone? Last night was the last straw. My husband and I never got our dinner but we certainly paid for it.

We will never be using this service if that's what you call it again. Hope you appreciate our hard earned money...you guys deserve it

Restaurant packed food incorrectly and/or driver mishandled.

Driver handed it to me and I took 3 steps before all dishes fell thru the paper bag and landed on carpet. It eas dark out and I never saw bottom of bag was soaked with food or maybe he put it on his rain soaked roof.

Carpet is ruined/stained.

Have had professionals come with no luck.

Indian food with curry, spices caused stain.

Skip customer service refuses to acknowledge, says it is not their issue and ignores me.

Have spent weeks trying to resolve this.

They refunded for food, but new flooring could be in the thousands.

Only left with small claims court instead of Skip doing the right thing.

Just another greedy company. Going to Uber.

Those people are just fraud please don't use their service half the time its a war when you want to get refunded for a no delivery even the phone number on this site is off you have to pass by their email that take 1million years to answer or the app fraud team that tell you they cant help you and pass you to the next or close the chat so you don't get your refund

Point is you ripped me off, and I never got my food, nor did it show up at my friends place , the address that was on file . So basically you took my 70 dollars worth of food and gave me a 5 dollar credit, you people are a *** joke ... ripping people off for there hard-earned dollar and drivers keeping the food, I phoned my friend to the address that your driver supposedly went too , and my friend told me the food didn't show. so ... yeah keep you're 5 bucks and go pound salt you *** clowns. ON Mar 9, 2024, 6:25 AM (3 days ago) i MADE AN ORDER. THE ORDER WAS FROM Petro-Canada (118th Ave.

NW). AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR THE ORDER WAS CANCLED BY THE STORE. The reasoning I was given in the recording I have of this conversation was that the store didnt have the product. So I called customer service.

I was told that I would recieve a full refund and the customer service rep appologised to me for the inconvenience they had caused me. I DID NOT agree to anything other than a full refund to the card to which the order was made and paid for. I DID NOT agree to any form of skip credit as the experience was so egregious that I will no longer ever be using your business again. I WANT MY $17.24 .

i DID NOT AGREE TO ANY SKIP CREDIT REFUND NOR DO I AGREE TO ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT. Your businesses services are MORE than questionable and I will NEVER be using any service that you offer again in the future. To this effect I closed my account now I can not contact customer service to make yet ANOTHER NECESSAIRY complaint about your more shabby service and practices. Look, what you have done is fraud.

that is the legal definition of the actions that your business has taken against me. I HAVE THE AUDIO RECORDING WHERE YOUR REP STATED THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT!. RETURN MY MONEY or I will contact the fraud investigation unit here at the police headquarters and file a complaint. period.

See that underneath where it says... " Order or CONTACT" contractual law in Canada is not a joke.

You have failed to uphold you part of the signed agreement. RETURN MY MONEY IMMEDIATLY.

Absolute nightmare dealing with skip the dishes. Driver picked up my food at 8:10pm & sat in the parking lot for 25 minuteswith that said Im only a 4 minute drive from the restaurant he picked my food up from.

Getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare, I texted the driver, driver didnt bother leaving the parking lot until I asked him why on earth he had just been sitting in the parking lot for so long, he tried blaming Boston pizza for messing up my order but I spoke to Boston pizza and they confirmed that was a total lie, then once he finally started driving he parked again just 2 minutes away from my apartment. Claimed he was lost, then made me walk half way to meet up with him to grab my foodhe had family members with him? Are u supposed to bring your family for joy rides when delivering food???

Unbelievable! My kids fell asleep waiting for their food, NEVER AGAIN.

I made a skip the dishes order on March 9, 2024 with Popoys Tea Bar , a bubble tea business, here in Fort St John BC but unfortunately they gave me sushi instead of bubble tea The amount of my purchase was $35.62, with the transaction or confirmation delivery no. 60564**** I was so frustrated because i did called the company right away after we got the wrong order, but unfortunately they told me they cant do anything about it and i need to call you guys for the refund of my order

So hopefully i can get a refund on that, since i made this letter complain

I have text you three times in regards of my order today you took out two payments for one order the amount was $38.41 you did it twice my bank ended up notifying me about this. They sent me a copy of it showing it was done twice I would like you to put the 38.41 back into credit on my account.

We ordered 170 dollars worth of food, including delivery fee and tip, the driver left the food on the wrong step, no big deal, the address bar does clearly say #2 side door, anyways, I guess I'm supposed to put that in the special instructions as well, my issue was that it was left under dripping water so our food was cold, again no big deal, food can be reheated, my issue is it was wet, I contacted chat support all they kept saying was the food was delivered on time, I spoke with four different agents, I was offered a 7 dollar credit lol wow so generous, so the next day I called the number for restaurants, I was able to get a live person, after explaining the situation he offered me five dollars, I let him know I had screen shots of every conversation with each agent and how ignorant and rude they were, he put me on hold to speak to his supervisor, at the end of the conversation, I was offered $37.00, complety unacceptable. I completely understand people miss instructions we are all human, but to loose out on all that money and not being able to eat our food, I'm completely horrified with their customer service department. I have attached some of the conversation but only ten are allowed, but you will get the point.
