We did not receive our order even after four hours. The driver claimed that he delivered it, but it's not there and there's no picture. We ordered at 5:30 and it is now 9:30.

Very complicated and long, I am waiting for a refund for order #67467**** that has not been issued after the 24 hours promised, everything is explained with that order number. I have been insulted by several of your team via chat, they have did a childish job and insulting my intelligence and playing a game to exhaust me.
My email is 27joerush@***.com and I am waiting for my refund for a late, delivered to the wrong address then back to the store only to be hung up on several times and lied to by the courier that I gave the wrong address, Thus the reason Aaron issued my refund that I have not received. This is definitely a sign of the times.I will wait.

I'm too afraid to go in my own home, support staff won't even acknowledge what happened to me!
A driver sexually assaulted me last night. I have repeatedly tried to chat with them and told them what happened since last night, but they won't help me or let me speak to someone live.
I'm terrified now. He has messaged me and called me, calling me 'dear'. I'm scared and the customer support won't help me whatsoever. I don't know what to do.
I slept in my car last night because I'm too scared to stay in my house now. I live alone.

Verified Buyer |I’ve been going at this to try to get my money back and resolve my issues before I make it a bigger issue and report it to the cops because this is stealing so I want my money back plus some.
So I ordered something on the 28th around 11 and I never got it. I called in the restaurant.
They never received my order. I went in the next day to make sure they never received my name my order but took my money and said they deliver it so when I open my door, nothing was there so I took a picture and I was told that you guys have to take a picture before telling the person you deliver it. I got no picture. Ive emailed so many times I talk to you guys so many times you guys are getting mad because Im swearing how are you *** feel if you guys got money stolen again from you $22 for my order and $22 for never delivering it stealing my money and making me wait $44 all together.
NOW im going to keep calling. I dont care if you guys dont think this is urgent it is Im homeless living in the truck that was all my money so you guys are gonna pay me back plus some.
And if not, I will make it a report to the cops because this is disgusting and ridiculous.
And as you can see the restaurant was Pizza Hut you guys can look back and see where it is.
Call them give them my order my name and they will tell you that they got *** nothing too, and they dont know why the app said the manager was going to deliver it when the manager wasnt even there. $44 in my bank today.
User's recommendation: This is absolutely disgusting because this happened to me before multiple times and I have *** called in and got so pissed and asked why do you guys pick drivers that steal money or steal items from people? I bought a whole cake from Dairy Queen ones and it was never delivered, I had to call Dairy Queen tell them what happened and they made me a cake for free and told me it’s OK. They will deal with him them because that was disgusting. Somebody just stole a whole birthday cake and when I reported that you guys you guys didn’t want to *** all about it but give me $10 in credit for $60 cake . 22 for my order and $22 for all the Time I’ve been waiting all the time I wasted messaging you guys and calling you guys. My next step today is going to the cops and making it a report because you guys done this too many times and I have so much evidence of you guys not fulfilling my orders, or just filling my orders, taking my money and never showing up with it and you’re lucky I’m only asking for a tiny bit for the emotional stress I’m going to and if I don’t get it if I don’t get $44 in my bank account, I will go to the cops. I will show them all the evidence is not just $22. You guys have stolen there’s more and when I sit down and I add it all up you guys are going to be so shocked with all the receipts and all the conversations of you guys just trying to give me *** store credit.

Text: I ordered sushi on New Year's Eve for my family. We never received any delivery.
They delivered it to the wrong address with a picture to confirm delivery. I tried contacting them. It was the wrong address, we never received any response until the next day with an email refusing to give me my money back, citing it is in the terms of use. I emailed again, showing the picture the delivery driver delivered to, plus a picture of the front of my place.
No response. I have never heard of having to pay for a product which was never received.

They delivered to the wrong address even though I provided the correct one, and only refunded half of the money. Then, I went on Facebook and discovered that they did the exact same thing to someone else the same night as me.

My problem did not get solved. I tried talking to chat 4-5 times but nobody heard.
They accepted that the mistake was from skip side but still I didnt get the order redelivered or refund. I have the photo as well from courier that the order was delivered somewhere else.
They said they cant do anything even it was their mistake. I am really disappointed and J have screenshots as well where the support agent apologized about the mistake and still did not do anything to help.

I was trying to get a refund for a missing items in my command but the staff refused to let me get my refund so I wanted to contact the service by phone its closed the only way to have contact is by app or email I im absolutely furious about that because they do that to make sure they don't have to refund us once in a while by making sure we can't contact them in any way that's what I would call a fraud. I had photo and receipt to prove my right to my refund and they still denied it.
