The fact that Skip has zero customer service after their driver robbed me is astounding. They won't help me, their app was insufficient, and their customer service is subpar.

How can I contact anyone to resolve this issue when there's no one to contact? You are by far the worst courier service known.

Service was extremely slow and customer service is impossible to reach in order to cancel my order

My order was not picked up by the driver and my food sat around for 2 and 1/2 hours At the restaurant. Trying to reach customer service to cancel my order was impossible.
