I used your app to order a meal and it said 44 minutes. The driver picked up with plenty of time to make that window but somehow while I was watching the tracking he made 4 other stops so my meal was a hour and a half - ice cold and uneatable as it was prime rib.

He comes to my door and says his GPS was messing him up but he was in 2 other communities between the restaurant and our house. The restaurant says I need to come to you for resolution as they handed off the food in a timely manner that should have been delivered within the time stated on your app, At a minimum I want the over $ 8 tip back from this driver he should be reimbursing me as I was waiting for a meal that was over $ 60 that we could not eat at all.

I want to cancel my credit card on file. Somebody using my account.

I received diferent order from Skip Team saying my order was in. I never ordered. It also said charged to my credit card. I check that out with card companies a nd no charged so am wondering if they were scamming me.

Being told “sorry we can’t help you”

I dont make unwarranted complaints. The app chose to use where I was as a delivery address vs what i saved in the app. Was told this doesnt happen, BUT IT DID, because i didnt change anything. So the driver picked up an order with the delivery as the SAME ADDRESSS. Claimed he delivered it (I was there, no delivery). Was told i only get 50% of my money back. Im so glad I fed an incompetent fool and only received half of my hard working money.

Problems with one of your drivers at Popeyes restaurant . Driver parked in a handicap parking space, I said to him that he shouldnt park there because hes not handicap and he told me to mind my own business and go *** your self. I told him that I would call skip the dishes and he said that they wont care. I believe he is correct. Charged but But cancelled

Theres no support I am absolutely disgusted. I have lost money to you guys for an order that was cancelled within moments and I have been charged it on my bill. I cant speak to a human being and yet I am expected to do all of this and not everybody has complete access to the Internet without question or without failure.
